I'm so excited to participate in my first writing challenge since joining Medium last fall! I'm a little nervous mainly due to the fact that artists like Natalie Portman and Roxane Gay--whom I highly respect---will be reading my work! *anxiously bites finger nails* Wishing everyone luck, and remember to have fun while writing!
